Still no weigh-ins as yet

Goals
So my next goals will be the following
17Sep 2017 cycling race - 91km - done time 3:02
23Sep 2017 - 5 km park run - Done time 27:59
24 Sep 2017 - cycling practice - done 50km
25 Sep 2017 - 7 km Trail run - did not happen it was raining like crazy and didn't want to get sick.

Oct Goals so far:
Need to swim and run over the weekend even if it is only for 30 Min
02 Oct 2017 - 108km cycling race
08 Oct 2017- 10km fun run Gun run
22-Oct 2017 - 109km cycling race
130.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you Tanya - ai girl I'm in the same boat as you can't curb the eating part. :-) so I focus on different goals and not the scale , thanks to a Fatsecrete angel that just made me realize again it is not about the number on the scale.

@lowcarbfemmefit yes first Gun run , not a runner. @ H.swanepoel if only hahah i eat more when I'm so active and very unhealthy stuff like chips and chocolates. But no scale for now, and i feel much better about myself.
