Grateful to see the scales move back in the right direction. Now to get back below the 250 barrier. Will be looking at surgery sometime in the near future, so need to be extra diligent not to seek comfort "food" and undo all my good work.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
