BAD day!
Took feelings out on food. 😪 But when you're stuck in bed all day long, where else can you turn to for comfort BUT food??? (I know what you're thinking, I should have MORE willpower than to turn towards food.) Sadly, when you have moved to a town where you have absolutely no friends or family to turn to, it's really hard not to do so.
You are just trapped inside your head, stuck in bed or on the couch (having yourself a pity party) and the only company/comfort you have IS food.
I tried several times to get out and workout, but I figured out really fast how bad an idea THAT was!!! (Nothing more humiliating than having a police officer loading you up and bringing your crying ass home, because you have no idea where you're going/been-just that you are looking for your daughter and NOW you are completely lost!) Not to mention that you haven't been paying attention to your body's "alerts" telling you that your heart is about to blow right out of your chest!!! 145/120bp 💔
So, after having calmed down I did what anyone else would have done in my situation - Ate like a madwoman. (Not that's an excuse) It's the only thing I could do not to keep from loosing my mind.

Hopefully today will be a better day (food wise.) As well as personally too. I know that I have to keep my strength up and stress low. Ending up in the hospital will do no one any good ( especially my daughter.) Who I hope and pray is just blowing off some steam and will be home today.

Back to eating as best as I can, as well as being healthy too. NO more eating an entire pizza alone again!
119.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
