I have done the yo-yoing. Up, really down, up again. This is my heaviest ever. I am 39, have two children and I need to have the energy to keep pace. I am the only big person in the family. I have arrived here because I know what I need the most is some sort support and motivation to keep at it.
I am at 104 kilos (229 pounds). Want to be 70 kilos (154 pounds). as long as it takes. I have virtually no time to call my own between a high-stress job and home chores.
