Day 1 of Bright Lines eating survived and got a Green Arrow for my efforts. YAY! Yesterday's challenges were Chick Fil-et in the conference room. No I didn't partake, but sure would have loved a Strawberry Shake. Focused on my work, and made it through the day without caving into my craving.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
