I expected to go up bc we ate July 4th leftovers at mom's. Maybe I didn't bc of how much water I drank yesterday.

Getting dental work finished this morning (2 crowns) and taking KB's cat to the vet this afternoon.

10:20am: Dental work went well. Had breakfast just now. I had to double the Greenfield bacon serving bc it looks incorrect for 2 slices. Looks like the calorie count for 1 slice according to my package.

Feeling really great! No bloat or foggy-headedness.
212.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 62.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
