Happy to see another small drop. I can't really feel it that much in my clothes yet. That's when I'll get excited.

After Mr C comes home from work, we've been hopping in the car with our dog and driving to more interesting places to walk. We've kept our walks fairly short because it has been very hot and humid lately. Besides being a healthy activity for us, it has allowed our dog to have more exposure to people and crowds, which has been good therapy for him since he's usually defensive/aggressive on leash. Lately, we can trust him to allow almost anyone to come up and pet him, which is a huge breakthrough. He's learning people are not all bad.

Tomorrow we're driving to the north Georgia mountains for a long weekend break and taking our dog. I'm excited. We got an airbnb cottage that has a shallow stream running next to it. He'll love playing in it almost as much as we will.

Yesterday I ate reasonable amounts of food and no candy. I did put a little whipped cream on a bowl of peaches, but that was it. Getting used to it.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Were the peaches not fully ripe? If they're super sloppy and make puddles when you bite into them, they don't even need the cream. Keep up the great loss in pounds; you'll drop a dress size about every 10-15 pounds lost.
