Looks like I'm maintaining today. Sure would like to get down at least 2 more lbs. by Saturday. Down to 160 would be nice but that's pushing it.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
