From 236 to 136, quite a long journey. 100 lbs lost. I could have never made it, but "with Good, ALL things are possible". Lost last 2 lbs due to outdoor work. Digging holes manually (old hole digger) is physical hard work! Like working out at a gym. I will increase caloric intake to prevent more loss. Just aiming for more muscle strength. The more you do, the more you can do. Praise the Lord!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 78.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fantastic accomplishment and well done! I think it's great that you're aiming now for muscle strength - such an activity is 100% pure benefits for the body and mind. I wish more people would take that up, especially later in life, since it can help stave off or minimise so many problems that (too many) people think are unavoidable. Good for our muscles, bones, but also our brains!
