I'm 195 pounds today! I'm hoping to be 190 pounds by the end of next week. I've decided that I'm going to give myself a reward every time I lose 10 pounds...

When I reach 190 pounds, I want to go to San Francisco for Dim Sum for lunch at Wing Lee Bakery. (SF is only 32 miles away from me)...

When I reach 180 pounds, I want to get a manicure...

When I reach 170 pounds, I want to get a pedicure...

When I reach 160 pounds, I want to get a massage.

And finally, when I get down to 150 pounds (my goal) I want to get new hair extensions, new clothes of course, new shoes, and new make-up!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Wow, I do all of those things every week, except for the massage. The bakery is probably where you'll gain it all back.
