I've lost 400 grams since last week. I think I could have been better but it's great that I even lost at all.

I admit I have not been good with the eating, I had cheese curls twice. I shud be allowed to cheat at least once a week...NOT!!!

Next week I hope to have lost at least 1kg....I know if I can just keep to my only eating after 12 am before 7 pm and less carbs I'll be okay.

When I had my work out this morning I felt I could have done more work. So tomorrow I will turn things up a bit. Yay :-)
170.6 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
