I'd love to say this was due to rock hard discipline in my diet but it's probably just becuase I got sick with the flu really bad and laid around all day and got dehydrated. But I've still been staying consistent counting calories and avoiding the junk for the most part.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
