Wasn't sure if i was still dropping weight but pretty much was still sticking to the plan. I figured i'd just maintain base level calories for a while then noticed lost another pound which is fine by me.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
