Had a good morning and afternoon on the diet but we went out with friends to restaurant late evening had a great meal liver and onions, salad, mashed potatoes, bud light x 3
ate some of my wife's prime rib and cream puff desert expected to gain some weight but ended up maintaining same weight so feeling pretty good this morning.
hoping for a great rest of the weekend and loosing some more weight.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
