wow just goes to show how much a terrible weekend off the diet can effect your weight gained 6 pounds from the weekend Friday and Saturday actually kept Sunday close to only 1,000 calories dam this pisses me off back to the plan and no more failed weekends for any excuse / special occasion. (so much for the nice rib-eye lobster tail and beers then pizza and beers the next night WTF was i thinking)
222.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
