lost 0.5 pounds from yesterday did have a large meal for dinner as we had people over to eat but still stayed close to 1,200 calories overall.

Starting 2nd month lost 22.5 pounds first month my goal is to loose 10 pounds each succeeding month until i reach my target weight. which should be achieved around May 2nd.
217.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
