The scales are stuck on 86.1 kg. !!! I've been consistent with my food, and I exercise most days, so not sure why it's not budging…haven't had a drink in 2 weeks, and feel better for that , clearer brain :) Once you break the cycle and replace with various teas and mineral water, i have no urge to drink ( used to have 2/3 glasses of wine most nights ) oh well persevere...
189.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

and me I am stuck on 88 kg but as my Doctor said dont get dissapointed it will happen.

Carbs are the killer I've found. Without them my body runs in fat burning mode, as soon as i have some my weight just stays constant for about 5 days. Have been having the Slendier Konjak "rice" as an alternative, 0 carbs, and about 20 cals for 250g of it.
