The scales are stuck on 86.1 kg. !!! I've been consistent with my food, and I exercise most days, so not sure why it's not budging…haven't had a drink in 2 weeks, and feel better for that , clearer brain :) Once you break the cycle and replace with various teas and mineral water, i have no urge to drink ( used to have 2/3 glasses of wine most nights ) oh well persevere...

Carbs are the killer I've found. Without them my body runs in fat burning mode, as soon as i have some my weight just stays constant for about 5 days. Have been having the Slendier Konjak "rice" as an alternative, 0 carbs, and about 20 cals for 250g of it.
