did good job on the diet and exercise yesterday until around 7:30 PM then I broke hit the Ritz 13 crackers loaded with peanut butter and 30 dry roasted peanuts but after all said and done still lost a pound hopefully i can keep to program today.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
