Down another 1.5 pounds most likely a false positive, went to a send off party last night for a friend and diet was followed except for the 4 bud lights and i have noticed that after a night of having a few beers the next day i lose weight only to be up the following day even if diet followed perfectly, we shall see anyway onward and downward.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
