Got up to 8 miles on my Saturday run! I paid for it Sunday and Monday though, very tight muscles.

Short journal today since I just wanted to weigh in, hope everyone is having a good week!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
