Soo processed food breakfast, lunch, and dinner equals up 1.5 lbs overnight. Didn't get to bed until 3 am, but slept again for almost 4 hours, so that's great. Guess this "cold" spell we're having in Phoenix is helping me hibernate. Today is going to be another day of processed food at work, so skipping breakfast to see if that will help offset another gain. It's nice when they buy you lunch, but not so nice when the scale says WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?
274.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 109.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
