Another good day and night last night down another pound, late evenings seem to be my most difficult time to control my diet, but on the bright side i mostly snack on healthy foods.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
