This is a quick journal, will do another one later. Just wanted to announce I have lost 22 pounds since November :)
415.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 235.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 January 2017:
1658 kcal Fat: 72.08g | Prot: 55.63g | Carb: 210.01g.   Breakfast: Domino Sugar Granulated Sugar, Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch: Utz Salt 'n Vinegar Flavored Potato Chips (Family Size), Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Publix Garden Pasta Salad. Dinner: Cucumber (Peeled), Blue Bonnet Regular Margarine Sticks, Mayonnaise, Kroger Peeled Whole Tomatoes in Tomato Juice, Onions, Smoked or Cured Bacon, Hannaford Corn Bread, Great Value Pinto Beans. Snacks/Other: Pringles Cheese Burger Potato Crisps, Dole Classic Cole Slaw Mix, Mayonnaise, Great Value Enriched White Bread, Loin Pork Roast (Lean and Fat Eaten). more...
