Happy Friday the 13th.
163.9 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Funny thing happened this morning. My son (11 yrs old) calls out to Mummy from the kitchen. She is clear across the other end of the house but replies. He calls again. She replies again. He calls again. Eventually after about 4 attempts mummy goes to kitchen where son is standing - looking out of the window. He asks mummy to close the blinds. She asks why. He replies "I can't stop staring at the snow. It's hypnotic" he says with glee written all over his face. Then runs outside for a scamper... gotta love kids :D
