Not sure how I lost 4 pounds from yesterday to today but I did clean house and wash my car (which really needed it)yesterday so I will take it. Going to the gym tonight IF IT KILLS ME...LOL.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
