I give God the Praise!! I have reached my goal and exceeded by 1 pound! Since last March, 83 total pounds lost. I monitored closely during Christmas holidays and kept to daily allowance, occasionally going over. I enjoyed delicious desserts, but tried always to adjust other choices. Portion size and food choices made the difference. Now, Maintenance Plan Stage.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1524 kcal Fat: 47.99g | Prot: 56.05g | Carb: 228.17g.   Breakfast: Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Smucker's Sugar Free Concord Grape Jam, Captain John Derst's Old Fashioned Bread, Borden Half & Half, Grits. Lunch: Chick-fil-A Fat Free Honey Mustard Salad Dressing, Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap. Dinner: Cooked Rutabaga (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), Cornbread Stuffing, Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce. Snacks/Other: Borden 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Nabisco Wheat Thins Crackers - Reduced Fat, White Cake (with Coconut Frosting). more...
