Trying to tone and recover from heart attack last November,as well as several Multiple Sclerosis relapses this past year.
Now I'm recovering from cervical spine surgery and I've been told that I'll be unable to workout until my neck heals ( which can take up to 8 weeks!) My body has gone from tight and tone/ripped and lean. To soft and flabby/excessive skin and no muscle tone. 😪

I want to go back to eating well, along with working out again. But it does not have to be at the level that I was at before. Since I'm in a wheelchair, 46 (going on 47!!) I just want to be shapely and toned. Healthy and strong 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️
121.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
