Weighed in two days early and what a nice surprise! So close to my Christmas goal now. Determined not to go completely mad with the works meal tonight and sons birthday meal tomorrow. 🍸☕🍰
Thank you to my buddies for all your support through the week, i really feel so much better! 🤗
168.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
