Same as last week. At least. No gain I mean to do much better this week with exercised starting today I have time I'm off I need to start doing some stretches that will really count seven strength training and I need to get on that stationary bike and ride my throat hurts the knee or not plus I have to take my walk in today looks like it's a beautiful Thanksgiving day so I guess I give thanks for a beautiful day where I can enjoy my family exercise and be happy
291.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
