Three months today on this WOE. Was hoping to be down 20# by now but its 17.8# - SW: 190, CW: 172.2, GW: 155-160.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm on Low carb-high fat so I don't eat fruit or juices at all. I have BPC for breakfast which is a meal replacement and I'm full til afternoon noon. I have fewer than 1200 calories, less than 20 carbs - I'm 73 years old and it just comes off slower for us older people. I'm not discouraged though - it's better than where I was 3 months ago.

MommaDot, Thanks for speaking your mind. I'm 74 years old and the pounds don't come off as fast. 0.6 is great especially since you only have 12.2 to go. Wish you well!

Hey, 17.8 lbs is gone! You are doing it just right! It just takes time and patience. As you said - a big change from 3 months ago, and in another 3 months you'll be so happy you stuck to it! Way to go!
