Getting discouraged - haven't lost for 17 days - been at 171.8 and goal is 160. I know it gets harder to lose the closer to goal you are but come on - going up and down 2# for half a month sucks.

Do something different - perhaps walk more or sometimes we actually do not eat enough and our body holds on. Good Luck

I was bitchy this morning when the scale showed that I gained back a pound and a half! I felt like crying. But I can't do anything but keeping on to get rid of it again. Ugh! Sometimes it feels like a losing battle - pun intended. What is this file everyone says I should read. It's supposed to be at the top of the page, but I do not see any file?

Dot, I don't think you're eating enough. Can you get closer to 1200 calories a day? I always heard our bodies need 1200 a day to keep healthy, if you go less than that your body goes into starvation mode and slows down your metabolism.
