I have been experimenting with different foods that I can eat and still efficiently lose weight. I know that avoiding dairy, gluten, and grains make me feel like a million bucks and yet I still want them in my diet. WHAT? But anyways. I am down some pounds from last week but that was just making up for my binge days. I am hoping to crack 164 atleast by next Monday. Happy New Week everyone!!
