WHAT! My whole body aches from all the furniture & boxes I moved Sat. & Sun. Plus I went out and helped carry around my friends 80 lb German Shepard that had just had surgery on Friday night. I was under RDI yesterday. GRRRRR...
282.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 117.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
