😕😕😕😕 Not happy news this morning. Funny that all the days I ate what I thought were less than good choices I lost and then this morning I'm up. Must have been the cake 😉 Oh well, today is a new day!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
