weekend was not as clean as what I wanted it to be, but i got 62km of cycling in with avrg of 28.7km/h, not too bad for someone on a diet. Cheated afterwards like late that afternoon with popcorn, some spit braai and salads, small bun (not a large plate of food was still hungry afterwards , oven chips the evening. The Sunday was clean till after lunch , had a muffin with cheese and jam, and the eve a slab chocolate for dinner.

123.9 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

Don't stress to much about the cheating as sometimes a persons body asks for that. Just get back to basics and try hard again.
