4 steroid injections in my back yesterday. definitely some systemic effects as my knee is surprisingly pain free. it was hurt in the same fall as my back on 9/1. the back is pain free this a.m. I know the steroids make me retain water so I will see a downward trend in my wt in a few says. all is good.
