Nancy Drew clues:
cheese danish for breakfast - possible suspect,
frozen Schwan's lunch = high sodium count = probable culprit for water retention,
Bosses Birthday Cake - necessary evil for "team" spirit - very small piece, but
late night snack - Ghiradelli Squares - should definitely have been saved for another night!
285.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
