good saturday morning. hope all are well and happy. i.m sticking weth the plan ,just craving more vegies and with my new fitbit more aware ofmy activity and therefore walking more. trying to maintaine 6,000 or more steps. i know, i know ,supposed to be 10,000 steps,but got to start somewhere
138.4 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week
