I will be out of town for the next week. Mostly on the road and staying in motels. Wish me luck. I always do best when I am at home so this will be a challenge. I will let you know how it went next wednesday when I next weigh in.

195.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb. Still to go: 25.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Best of luck to you as you travel. Yes it can be a challenge, but at least there is no pantry sending out that siren call! Navigating the restaurants can be pretty interesting as well, but most have options that will work for you.
