sunny and cool here in florida. wonderful. think i'll take a walk . but first i'm hungry. maybe i'll change up and have bacon. the fat will give me an energy boost, and some black tea.sticking with HFLC diet but with a few more vegie carbs. (20 or so) after much consideration ;ordered fitbit charge 2. notas bulky as smart watch has the features i need and i little cheaper than some. due to arrive today (i love amazon)
142.2 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I just got the fitbit charge HR. I love it. The visuals really help to make it easier to set activity goals. I sniped it on Ebay. Spent a couple hours sitting there waiting with 'ending soonest' auctions lists.. waiting til there was only 3 seconds left to bid my max bid.... finally got one for only $27
