Went to first Yoga Class since January. How do you gain a pound overnight? Have Yogurt for dinner and Tapioca before bedtime. Whaaaa!
283.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 118.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
