holding ,but thats ok, been eating a few more carbs ,but ing the form of vegies as frankly i've been craving vegies so i guess i need them. gotta listen the body. no bread or potatoes ,peas or corn. just celery and a few plain strawberries. oh yes, onions in my morning eggs too. so am gettinf fiber. been doing my daily walk , like that
