Day 19 of 59 has passed. So, The other day I said that cheating 1 meal on #whole30 probably doesn't affect you physically, I can now say it affects you mentally. I keep finding "special occasions" where I should splurge because I eat well the rest of the day. Last weekend it was a friends house warming party, Thursday it was at the Chargers game, Yesterday it was a work luncheon. Today my wife and I are celebrating our 17 year anniversary. So I'm going to call this 59 days attempt a failure. Tomorrow I will rededicate myself to a new "cheat free" 39 day #whole30 challenge with the goal still being Thanksgiving.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week

I should no talk because I really don't do well with special events. was on vacation last week with family, revival all this week so we ate out just about everyday, and last night was gospel sing where we have fellowship dinner afterwards so put us eating dinner at 10pm. But the point is no matter what, we have to learn to contol portions and sugars and starches and what ever else we shouldn't have. my weakness is cake pie cookies and ice cream. I can have it but just don't over do it. but then again I gained 10 lbs in a week and a half.
