Happy Monday everyone! I am half way through my whole 30 and am feeling great. I started at 184 and am down 10lbs in 2 weeks. I am taking it a day at a time. Hope everyone is well!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
