Back on track. I got nothing but time, right? Half way through my family's annual Sep-Dec birthday cake gauntlet. Getting older is delicious! It's OK Navymom. Into every life, a little cake must fall. I think I read that somewhere.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
