Today was nice and relaxed. I went to visit my sister Emer and we had a great chat. I was good and only had 1 cup of coffee with slimline milk as she had no cream. I had chicken and salad for dinner when everyone else had mash and carrots and gravy! I wasn't tempted!!!!
