Didn't do well with food this week, kind of low on calories, but I was sick and I am down a pound, so I declare that I am starting today on phase 2: 20 pounds by Thanksgiving is step number 2!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
