Steven Lloyd's Journal, 29 September 2016

Under goal weight!! Although to be fair, I was post workout dehydrated. Thought I better log it though (at least once), in case I never got down under 200 again...lol.

Jeans, shorts and shirts are the loosest they've ever been, that is very cool. Not having to think about which pants are the comfy ones is fun too..lol.

I have been lower than this in the last few weeks....but it is (like this one) post workout weights or after a longer fast and not sustainable, especially with the intake I'm using to keep up with pre ski season training.

Speaking of which, I am really looking forward to how this winter ski season is going to shape up...I have been hitting performance numbers I never thought I'd ever see on sustained wattage...really hope I can stay healthy for the duration!!

Finally, heading over to Kailua Kona on Monday for a couple of weeks with our oldest daughter. My avatar pic is from under our favorite tree on our favorite beach...can't wait to park out underneath it...super peaceful and beautiful.

We will also be taking in the World Ironman Championship, with the actual race start on Saturday, October 8th; 6:25am swim start for the Pros and 6:55 for non-pros. Our place is on Alii Drive about 1.5 miles from the start and finish line with the run also going by our place twice (out to Keauhou and back to the finish). Looking forward to watching the folks who participate, it is simply amazing and inspiring!!

Take care all, have a great weekend ahead and hope your weight (fat) loss journey is rolling well!! Mahalo to all my buddies too!!!

You sure know how to live. You do more fun things in a month than I do in a year! Great work on the weight front!

I have seen pics of that race. You are going to attempt the absolutely, coolest race on this planet. Good luck there, Steven. Also consider getting your dive license there. What I consider the most gorgeous water on this planet also!

Oh, so just watching, that is best. That thing is brutal. What I did was my pool work, before doing my open dive there. The easiest open dive because it is SO relaxed with the clearest water.

Congratulations, and have a great trip!

Sorry, to dominate your post. Another great thing to do there is a surface dive, being dragged behind the boat, with the Dolphins. No license required. The Dolphins love to follow the boats. It is REALLY neat.

Congratulations, Steven! Now that you've notched that number into the scale, you will soon own it pre-workout, too.
