good morning all . bird feeders out in trees.and baxter the dog is barking like crazy as the neighbor is getting her lawn mowed. annoying dog. really should mow by back yard but grass is damp with dew. lost a tiny bit of poundish maybe i can get back on track. i'm sticking with the program.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
