blaaaa! continue low carb, keeping calorie intake under control but stuck in plateau. i admit my exercise has slowed a bit . yes i'm lazy. but the intake is consistantly less than output. i expect that since i've been dieting for quite a while ; my body has adapted to the lower input and understand that i'll never be able to eat like a person who never been on the weightloss roller coaster. just finished a big sunday breakfast; bullet proof boffee and 2 egg scrambled in butter with 2.5oz onion and a strawberry. i feel stuffed!! need to find an activity to do ; not sitting infront of computer or watching tv. been putting feelers aut there about going back to work part time. did ICU for 40yrs ;but that ckind of wor exausts me just thinking about it. maybe hospice or home health a couple days a week ??
